It was just Gareth, Rhonda, Joshua (Alice was too busy trying out her brand new 'skill' - walking and her favourite toy, the shape sorter..... to bother about something a major and significant as a birthday) and a cake.
So, with Joshua in his arms, it was Gareth's turn to help the little nipper blow out the candles.
However, Gareth had to pause briefly to oversee his daughter tottering outside, with mixed feelings.
Pride that she was on her feet and doing stuff for herself. And concern that she might wander too far away.
Rhonda was exceptionally overexcited at the prospect of seeing her son growing up and learning new skills.
Squealing excitedly, she hopped up and down, clapping her hands with glee.
Carefully placing Joshua on the floor, Gareth stepped back and waited.....
Guess Joshua doesn't look at all happy, being placed on a cold tiled floor, but that's the way all Sims are supposed to do to go through their initial transitions.
With a little sprinkling of sparklies and a quick ZOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!
